These terms apply when you use QiFlow, an app by Venuerific. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What QiFlow is

QiFlow offers feng shui, Chinese zodiac, BaZi (Four Pillars) and palmistry guidance, written by AI from traditional methods. It is meant for reflection and enjoyment. It is not a prediction, a guarantee or a science.

Not professional advice

Nothing in QiFlow is medical, legal, financial, investment, relationship or other professional advice. Do not make important decisions, such as health care, a contract, a hire, a purchase or a major life change, based only on what the app says. AI can make mistakes. Check anything that matters with a qualified person.

Your account

You can start as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use QiFlow. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it with a parent or guardian’s permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you give us, such as your details, questions and photos. You allow us to process it only to run the app for you: to calculate and write your readings, sync your data and keep it safe. Only upload photos you have the right to use and, for palm and room photos, avoid including other people’s faces or private information.

Premium subscriptions

• QiFlow Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, currently $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year. Prices may differ by country and can change; we will tell you before a change applies to you.
• A free trial, where offered, starts the subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel first.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
• Premium time earned from streak rewards or codes has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Free plan limits

The free plan has usage limits (for example for rooms, questions, compatibility checks and date checks). We may change these limits.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer it, to bypass limits, or to access other people's data.
• Do not use the app to harass, deceive or harm others, or to break the law.
• Do not use the output to make claims that you can predict someone's health, fortune or behaviour with certainty.

Our rights

The app, its design, artwork, text and software belong to Venuerific and its licensors. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may share readings from the app, for example with its share cards, for personal use.

Availability and changes

We work to keep QiFlow available but it may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will tell you in the app. Using the app after a change means you accept it.

Disclaimer and liability

QiFlow is provided “as is” without promises that readings are accurate, complete or suitable for your purposes. To the extent the law allows, Venuerific is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from decisions you make based on the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.

Ending your use

You can stop using QiFlow at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
